Chlorella Powder

Chlorella powder is used in our Green Goddess masque. Chlorella is a freshwater algae and superfood packed with a superior green pigment known as chlorophyll. Chlorella is loaded with B vitamins, magnesium and zinc, which help calm skin inflammation and promote healthy functioning.

Chlorella possesses certain extracts that improve the production of the skin’s collagen. This is the protein primarily responsible for the skin’s elasticity. Several clinical tests show that just a 1-percent concentration of chlorella increases the skin’s firmness and tone after just 48 hours of use.

Chlorella also improves skin problems due to the formulation of new blood vessels. These include general redness, psoriasis, and rosacea.

Another great benefit that chlorella has for the skin is its antioxidant content protects skin cells from accelerated aging caused by sun damage as well as free radicals that do damage to the skin.

Additionally, chlorella contains lipids, amino acids, and several minerals that can greatly help with skin regeneration. Take note that human skin cells need to renew themselves to stay in good shape. Luscious Lip Balm
